Javier is largely responsible for ensuring the success of the company by keeping our current customers happy and strategically adding new clients. He serves our client base as a business advisor, insurance broker, and Human Resource Guru. When he’s not working, Javier is supporting his daughter on the soccer field, supporting our San Antonio Spurs on the hardwood, and “investing” in his golf game.
Krysten Arocha
Payroll Manager
Krysten takes care of new hire onboarding for our clients. From background checks to starting payroll for your newest employee, Krysten has you covered. She handles processing our clients’ payroll, invoicing, and making sure our clients’ bills get paid on time. In her free time, Krysten loves spending time with her family, going to the latest concerts, and supporting our San Antonio Spurs
Jordan Harris
Benefits Manager
Jordan is our Benefits guru. She takes care of the Benefits enrollment process for our clients during enrollment season and throughout the year. Medical, dental, vision, 401k, you name it she makes sure your staff are enrolled. Jordan also handles unemployment and worker’s compensation claims. When she’s not making our clients’ lives easier, Jordan spends her free time listening to classic Sting, supporting our San Antonio Spurs, and watching reality TV when no one else is around.
Ellen Pulliza
Chief Financial Officer
Ellen is really into financial planning, record-keeping, and cash flow tracking. She lives to analyze a company’s financial strengths and weaknesses, budget management, cost-benefit analysis, and forecast needs. When she’s not melting calculators, she loves to travel by plane, train, and automobile exploring different cultures, especially beaches in the Caribbean. Back in town, Ellen loves to connect with families of special needs children, and of course, she supports our San Antonio Spurs.
Kristi Kjendalen
Payroll & Accounting Manager
Kristi joins our team with great experience and valuable knowledge in many areas. Her main focus is payroll but she finds the time to help in invoice reconciliation, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. During her free time, Kristi spends as much time as she can with her four grandchildren. She also loves working on their horse ranch. When barn chores are done, she enjoys family game nights where things can get pretty competitive.
Anisa (Meza) Fuller
Sales & Marketing Executive
Anisa joined our team full-time a year ago after graduating with her MBA from the University of Dallas where she played college soccer. She worked for MEMS part-time for the past 7 years and now she is our sales and marketing lady. Her smiley personality and passion for others will ensure that all of our client’s needs are met. In her free time, she hangs out with her family, an Aussie/border collie mix puppy named Sky, and her brand-new husband (since January 2025) Colby. She definitely has her dad’s humor!
